Description

This Left-handed S30 bass is short scale and based on a new Stratocaster body. It is obviously based on the Stanley Clarke Spellcaster bass and with the multiple switching and selector options, plus the tremolo it is great for soloing or just holding down the bottom end.

The bolt-on maple neck has 25 frets and a satin finish.
It is equipped with my Ultralite tuners (it has little or no neck dive) and 18mm bridge and has 12K humbucker pickups with a 5-way pickup selector giving a great range of tones. 

It weighs in at around 7.8lbs with little or no neck dive with a textured strap but shiny nylon straps are not recommended. 

It currently has a nice low action which can easily be raised according to your taste. Strung with a brand new set of Ernie Ball Short Scale rounds. (45, 65, 85, 105)

Yes, the tremolo does work! Don’t expect floyd-rose style dive bombs but subtle dips are a lovely addition to your soloing arsenal.
